Description :
Atrazine-d5 is a triazine pesticide that is used as a herbicide. Atrazine-d5 has been detected by mass spectrometry in the leaves of plants, in soil and water samples, and in human urine. The adsorption kinetics of atrazine-d5 to different surfaces have been studied using the Langmuir and Freundlich models. The calibration curve for atrazine-d5 was linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.996. A matrix effect was observed in this study, which may be due to the presence of other compounds that are not part of the calibration set. The dry weight of atrazine-d5 was found to be 761 g/mol.
