Informations sur le produit
4-Chloro-6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidine is an acidic chemical that is used as a pesticide. It was first synthesized in 1926, and has been used since 1928. 4-Chloro-6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidine is often used in the production of polyurethane foam, rubber, and plastics. This chemical is also used to manufacture polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. 4-Chloro-6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidine reacts with hydroxybenzonitrile to give 2-cyanophenol. The 2-cyanophenol can be removed from the reaction solution by adding an acid or base that will react with the 2-cyanophenol to form a water soluble salt. The purity of 4-chloro 6-(2 cyanylphenoxy) pyrimidine can be determined using immunochemical assays on a reaction solution
