Description

2',3',5'-Tri-O-acetyl-6-azauridine is a mitochondrial membrane depolarizing agent that has shown to be effective against eye disorders and radiation. This drug has been used in the treatment of HIV infection and is an anti-infective agent. 2',3',5'-Tri-O-acetyl-6-azauridine has been shown to bind to monoclonal antibodies and make them more sensitive to light. It also has a phase transition temperature at 40°C and can be used as a diagnostic agent for antibody detection.
