Lysyl-bradykinin (Kallidin) is a peptide that is a member of the kallikrein family. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of the enzyme lysyl oxidase, which is involved in the cross-linking of collagen and elastin. The inhibition of this enzyme leads to the breakdown of collagen and elastin, which are important components for maintaining healthy skin.
