Description :3,4,5-Trichloropyridin-2-ol is an analytical method that uses dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) to separate analytes from a sample. A DSPE cartridge is used to extract the analytes from the sample and then elute them into a solvent. The solvent is evaporated and the analytes are transferred onto an electrochemical detector. 3,4,5-Trichloropyridin-2-ol has been shown to be stable in human serum and can be used as a model system for the study of chlorpyrifos degradation in water vapor. 3,4,5-Trichloropyridin-2-ol also inhibits acetylcholinesterase activity in vitro.
