Informations sur le produit
- Benzenamine, 4-bromo-2,6-diiodo-
4-Bromo-2,6-diiodoaniline (4BIODA) is a polycyclic aromatic compound that has been shown to be an efficient electron acceptor for dye-sensitized solar cells. The efficiency of the photovoltaic cell is dependent on the amount of light absorbed by the dye, which in turn depends on its wavelength. 4BIODA absorbs visible and near infrared light, inducing a photocurrent. This process is scalable and can be easily increased to make multigrams of 4BIODA in one batch. This compound has also been used as a linker between the dyes and semiconducting polymer for dye-sensitized solar cells.
