Informations sur le produit
Azetidin-3-yl-5-(4-chlorobenzyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole is a chemical pesticide that inhibits protein synthesis in the mitochondria by binding to the cytochrome c oxidase. It has been shown to have antimicrobial activity in vitro and can be used for the prevention of autoimmune diseases. Azetidin-3-yl-5-(4-chlorobenzyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole also shows oxidative injury and can be used as a treatment for metabolic disorders. In vivo experiments have shown that this agent is effective against xenograft tumors in mice and reduces their growth. The x-ray crystal structure of azetidin-3-yl-5-(4-chlorobenzyl)-1,2,4 oxadiazole has revealed its ability to bind to the active site of mitochondrial membrane potential proteins. This drug also binds to detoxification enzymes such as cyto
