The peptide has been shown to activate PKA and phosphorylate downstream substrates. It is a potent inhibitor of ion channels and ligand-gated receptors. N-Deshydroxyethyl dasatinib-d8 has no affinity for ATP or receptor sites. This compound can be used as a research tool in cell biology or pharmacology studies.
