Description

Goshonoside F5 is a clinical medication that has been shown to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1 and TNF-α. Goshonoside F5 inhibits the activation of NF-κB and COX-2, which are two inflammatory mediators. This active form is an alcohol extract from schisandra fruit, fructus, or cox-2 gene reconstituted in water. The excipients are homogenized and insoluble in water. Goshonoside F5 can be used for the treatment of acute kidney injury and other health care products. It also has been shown to inhibit markers related to inflammation, such as IL-6 and CXCL1.
