Informations sur le produit
Boc-3,5,3'-triiodo-L-thyronine is a ligand that binds to the tyrosine kinase receptor of the thyroid hormone receptor family. It is a substrate for the enzyme tyrosine kinase and is catalyzed by it. The oxindole group of Boc-3,5,3'-triiodo-L-thyronine reacts with methyl ester to form an x-ray crystallographic complex. This complex has been shown to be more stable than other substrates due to the bulky nature of its heterocycles. The optimal reaction time for this process is between 10 and 30 minutes at pH 7.0 at room temperature. Boc-3,5,3'-triiodo-L-thyronine can be synthesized in scalable amounts using an optimal reaction time of 10 minutes at pH 7.0 at room temperature and a substrate concentration of 1 mM.
