Informations sur le produit
AZ1 is a USP25/28 inhibitor that is capable of inhibiting the growth of cells. It binds to the 25/28 kDa protein in the cytoplasm, preventing it from carrying out its function as an enzyme. This inhibition leads to cell death and results in a loss of cellular ATP, causing cells to die by necrosis. AZ1 also inhibits epidermal growth factor and has been shown to be effective against leukemia cancer cells in culture studies. In addition, AZ1 has been shown to inhibit protein synthesis and increase the activity of lipolytic enzymes, such as trypsin. The inhibition of protein synthesis may be due to its ability to bind with ribosomes and prevent them from translating transcripts into proteins.
