Informations sur le produit
2-(4-Methylphenyl)-5-phenyl-1,3-oxazole (2MPOX) is a pyrazole analog that has been shown to have antiinflammatory activity in animal models of bowel disease and in vitro studies of α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. 2MPOX binds to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, which inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators from mast cells. This drug also has inhibitory properties against carcinoma cell lines and natural compounds such as c. glabrata.
