Description :3,4-Dihydro-1H-quinazolin-2-one is a compound that belongs to the class of thp-1 cells. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells in vitro. 3,4-Dihydro-1H-quinazolin-2-one inhibits the production of oleanonic acid and other prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase activities. This compound is stable in hydrochloric acid, which may be used for chemical synthesis.
