Informations sur le produit
1,3-bis(2,2-Dimethyl-1-oxopropyl)imidazolidine is a group p2 enzyme inhibitor that inhibits the growth of colorectal adenocarcinoma cells. It has been shown to inhibit the production of hydrogen peroxide in vitro and has antifungal activity in vitro against Candida albicans. This inhibitor also interacts with molecular docking analysis and hydrogen bonding interactions. 1,3-Bis(2,2-dimethyl-1-oxopropyl)imidazolidine has been shown to have inhibitory properties against infectious diseases in vivo. The reaction mechanism for this compound involves the inhibition of nucleophilic attack on the carbonyl carbon by an electrophilic addition product.
