Informations sur le produit
RIPK-IN-4 is a peptide that can act as an activator or inhibitor of ion channels. It was originally identified in the protein interaction screen of ligands against the extracellular domain of the receptor for activated C kinase 1 (RACK1) and has been shown to inhibit IP3 receptor-dependent Ca2+ release from endoplasmic reticulum, as well as inhibiting Ca2+ fluxes through L-type calcium channels. RIPK-IN-4 can also be used as a research tool or an antibody to study protein interactions.
