(S,R,S)-AHPC-C4-NH2 dihydrochloride is a ligand that binds to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) and is used as a research tool. This compound has been found to be an inhibitor of nAChRs with IC50 values of 0.1 μM in rat brain membranes and 0.5 μM in rat neuronal synaptosomes. It also shows high purity and can be used for antibody production.
