Description

L-Phenylalanine hydrochloride solution is an inorganic acid that can be used as a metal surface cleaner. It is typically used to remove inorganic acids, such as hydrochloric acid, from metal surfaces. L-Phenylalanine hydrochloride solution has been shown to be effective against pseudoephedrine and other drugs with similar properties, due to its ability to inhibit the synthesis of these substances. This product is also used for sample preparation prior to analysis by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The LC-MS/MS method can be used for the detection of various neutral compounds, such as melphalan hydrochloride, in plasma samples.
