Description :Benzyl (2-((2-amino-4-methoxyphenyl)(phenyl)amino)-2-oxoethyl)carbamate (BZQA) is a nonselective, centrally acting acetylcholine receptor agonist. BZQA is a cholinergic agent that has been shown to have medicinal effects on cognition and the forebrain. It binds to the orthosteric site of acetylcholine receptors in the central nervous system, which is responsible for mediating the effects of acetylcholine. The pharmacokinetic properties of BZQA have been determined using a rat model, and it has been shown that this drug has low toxicity and high brain penetration.
