Description :
ML-67-33 is a novel peptide agonist that binds with high affinity to the human α2A-adrenergic receptor. It has been shown to activate this receptor in a manner similar to clonidine, which is a medication used to treat hypertension and other conditions. ML 67-33 has also been shown to inhibit the activity of ion channels, including voltage-gated potassium channels and calcium channels.
