2-[4-[2-[3-(Fluoromethyl)-1-azetidinyl]ethoxy]phenyl]-3-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methyl-2H-1-benzopyran-6-ol is a potent antagonist for the ion channels TRPC1 and TRPC5. It is also an inhibitor of the human receptor, Ligand, Research tool, Pharmacology, Protein interactions, Peptides, Antibody, Cell Biology, Activator. The ligand has been shown to activate TRPC5 channels in sensory neurons and inhibit TRPC1 channels in bladder cells.
