• Description: 3-Phenylquinoxalin-6-amine is a drug that has been shown to be active against solid tumours in animal models and human cancer cells in vitro. It inhibits the synthesis of proteins, which is necessary for the development of cancer cells. 3-Phenylquinoxalin-6-amine was more effective than other drugs in reducing the activity index and blood sampling parameters of patients with chronic pulmonary infections. 3-Phenylquinoxalin-6-amine has also been shown to inhibit the production of cytokines, such as IL1β, TNFα, and IFNγ, by suppressing the production of transcriptional factors such as NFκB and AP1.
