Informations sur le produit
N-[2-[6-[[(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)methyl]amino]-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxopyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-4(3H)-yl]ethyl]-acetamide (NACA) is a molecule that has been shown to inhibit the ferroptosis pathway. Ferroptosis is a type of cell death that occurs in response to iron overload and oxidative stress. This molecule also inhibits fatty acid synthesis and cancer cell growth. NACA has also been shown to protect against insulin resistance by inhibiting lipid biosynthesis and autophagy.
