Informations sur le produit
- Ethyl 3-amino-2-chloro-4-pyridinecarboxylate
- 4-Pyridinecarboxylic acid, 3-amino-2-chloro-, ethyl ester
3-Amino-2-chloro-isonicotinic acid ethyl ester is an anticancer agent that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. It binds to DNA, thereby preventing the synthesis of RNA and proteins. This binding inhibits cancer cell proliferation by inhibiting protein synthesis. 3-Amino-2-chloro-isonicotinic acid ethyl ester also inhibits the activity of tumor suppressor genes and induces apoptosis in cancer cells. It is a cytotoxic agent with a high degree of specificity for renal cancer cells and human breast cancer cell lines.
