Description :
1-Thiophen-2-ylpiperidine is a drug that modulates the immune system. It can be used to treat autoimmune disorders, colitis, and other inflammatory conditions. 1-(Thiophen-2-yl)piperidine has been shown to inhibit the activation of tyrosine kinases and downregulate the production of proinflammatory cytokines in animal models. This drug also has anti-cancer effects in vitro and in vivo. However, it does not seem to have any effect on receptor tyrosine kinases.
