Description :
Diethyl (4-{3-chloro-4-[(pyridin-2-yl)methoxy]phenyl}amino)-3-cyano-7-ethoxyquinolin-6-yl)carbamoylmethylphosphonate is a protein kinase inhibitor that binds to the ATP binding site of protein kinases. It has been shown to inhibit protein kinase C (PKC), which is involved in a wide range of cellular processes controlling cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Diethyl (4-{3-chloro-4-[(pyridin-2-yl)methoxy]phenyl}amino)-3-cyano-7-ethoxyquinolin-6-)carbamoylmethylphosphonate inhibits PKC activity by interfering with the phosphorylation of its substrates.
