Description

3-Benzyl-3,6-diazabicyclo[3.1.1]heptane is a selective ligand for the opioid receptors that binds to the mu and delta receptors with high affinity. It has been shown to interact with the modelling of these receptors, which may be due to its ability to activate them. 3-Benzyl-3,6-diazabicyclo[3.1.1]heptane is an opioid receptor agonist and has been shown to have analgesic effects in animal models of pain.
