Informations sur le produit
2-Chloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)benzamide (CSBMA) is an amide derivative that has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of cellular permeability. CSBMA has also been shown to inhibit the integrin-mediated adhesion and migration of leukocytes, which is a key step in the inflammatory process. In addition, CSBMA has been found to inhibit the activity of carboxylic acid groups and structural modifications on carboxylic acids. This drug has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties in vitro.
