CWP232228 does not bind to other adrenoreceptors, including alpha-1, alpha-2, or beta-1 adrenoreceptors. CWP232228 blocks the binding of catecholamines like norepinephrine and epinephrine to B2ARs with an IC50 of 0.8 nM. CWP232228 also has high affinity for the B2AR with a Kd of 8 nM and is selective for this receptor over all other adrenoreceptors.
