Informations sur le produit
Hexacosanoic acid-d4 (HexA) is a fatty acid that has been shown to affect insulin sensitivity. HexA is a potent inhibitor of the protein kinase Cepsilon, which is essential for the regulation of cell death and insulin sensitivity. In addition, HexA has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in mouse models of breast cancer. It also inhibits the production of myeloid-derived suppressor cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. The mechanism by which HexA inhibits tumor growth is not well understood, but it may be due to its ability to increase glucose uptake in adipose tissue and sensitize cancer cells to insulin.
