A 37203 is a soluble form of the Fms-like tyrosine kinase receptor. It is used in the study of dopamine-3 (D3) and dopamine receptors. This compound binds to Fms-like tyrosine kinase and inhibits its activity by forming a complex with it, which prevents the enzyme from binding to its substrate. The inhibition of this enzyme leads to an increase in placental growth, which may be due to an increase in the levels of dopamine. A 37203 has also been shown to inhibit tyrosine phosphatases, which are enzymes that remove phosphate groups from proteins. It does this by occupying the active site on these enzymes and blocking their access to their substrates. This leads to an increase in both dopamine D3 and tyrosine levels, as well as phosphorylation of other proteins such as factor-1 (F1).
