Informations sur le produit
4-Phenylamino-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have anticancer activity. It is derived from a compound called 6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline and has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro by interfering with the cell cycle. 4PDMQ also inhibits the production of TNF-α in LPS-induced macrophages and thus may be useful for treating acute lung inflammation. 4PDMQ also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties through its ability to inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8.
