• Description: N 0430 Hydrobromide is a potent and selective activator of the human beta-2 adrenergic receptor. It is an antagonist of the beta-1 adrenergic receptor and has no effect on alpha-adrenergic receptors. In vitro, N 0430 Hydrobromide showed high affinity for the beta-2 adrenergic receptor and was shown to be a competitive inhibitor of peptides that activate the receptor. This product will not cross react with other adrenergic receptors or other G protein coupled receptors. This product can be used as a research tool for studying ligand binding to receptors, ion channels, and antibody production.
