Description :
(2S,3S)-3-(2-Methoxyphenyl)-2-methyl-3-(naphthalen-1-yl)-2-(4-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)piperidine-1-carbonyl)propanenitrile is a potent and selective inhibitor of the human histamine H4 receptor. It also inhibits the activity of voltage gated potassium channels. This compound has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cells in culture and shows promise as an antitumor agent.
