Informations sur le produit
- 5-[(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)amino]levulinicacid
Boc-5-aminolevulinic acid is a molecule that is found in the cells of the vascular system. It has been shown that Boc-5-aminolevulinic acid can inhibit multidrug resistance by binding to the bacterial cell membrane, which causes a change in its physiochemical profile and results in an acidic environment. This drug also has systemic effects on tissues and is effective at lower temperatures. A pharmacophore analysis downloaded from PubChem was used to generate chemical structures for Boc-5-aminolevulinic acid. The structures were then analyzed using ChemDraw software to identify possible analogs or derivatives for cancer treatment.
