Nolatrexed is an ion channel ligand that blocks voltage-gated sodium channels. It is a research tool for studying the function of ion channels, and is used in pharmacology to study protein interactions. Nolatrexed has also been shown to inhibit the growth of certain cancer cells by blocking the receptor for epidermal growth factor (EGF) and by inhibiting cell proliferation. Nolatrexed is also used as a research tool to study protein interactions in studies on Cell Biology and Pharmacology. The product is available as a high-purity powder at a purity of 98% or greater.
