• Description: Sniper ER-87 is a potent and selective activator of the TRPM2 ion channel. Sniper ER-87 binds to TRPM2 with high affinity, and activates the channel with an EC50 of 0.4 μM in a cell-based assay. Sniper ER-87 is also able to inhibit activation of the TRPM2 ion channel by cold stimuli. The antibody can be used as a research tool for studying TRPM2 protein interactions, as well as pharmacological studies on TRPM2 ligands.
