Informations sur le produit
Ethyl 1-ethylpyrazole-4-carboxylate is a bioisosteric hexamer that is metabolically stable and has antiviral properties. This compound is an analog of pyrazine and has been shown to inhibit the growth of HIV. Ethyl 1-ethylpyrazole-4-carboxylate binds to the surface plasmon resonance and prevents the assembly of capsid protein, which is essential for the replication cycle of HIV. This bioisostere also inhibits the biochemical reactions necessary for viral replication, such as the synthesis of capsid proteins.
