Description :
SDZ 220-581 is a peptide that binds to the glycine receptor of the NMDA ion channel. It inhibits the binding of glycine to this receptor, and thus prevents the opening of the ion channel. SDZ 220-581 has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on protein interactions with other proteins in cell biology research. This reagent is a high purity, potent inhibitor and activator of GlyR receptors.
