Description :Cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), the predominant phytocannabinoid in fiber and seed-oil hemp (Cannabis sativa L.), exhibits a range of biological activities, including the inhibition of vomiting induced by toxins or motion sickness and the enhancement of 5-HT1A receptor activation in the rat brain stem membrane. It offers a more potent effect than cannabidiol in reducing emetic responses and delaying the onset of emesis in rats exposed to movement.
