Applications 1,3-Dipalmitoyl-2-oleoyl Glycerol is a triglyceride found in oils from various natural sources such as palm kernels, sunflower seeds and soybean. 1,3-Dipalmitoyl-2-oleoyl Glycerol is used to study the effects of specific synthetic triglycerides on atherosclerosis.
