Description :
Applications GSK 690693 Hydrochloride is an ATP-competitive pan-Akt kinase inhibitor. Also plays a role in the inhibition of other members of the AGC family of kinases which prevents the phosphorylation of downstream Akt substrates resulting in the induction of apoptosis in human tumor cells. Anti-proliferative agent.
