Applications Lapatinib is a selective inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and HER-2 tyrosine kinases. This drug is used to treat breast cancer, especially metastatic breast cancer that has progressed after trastuzumab treatment and other chemotherapy.
