Applications Trimethyl Thiophosphate is one of the impurities of Diphos [3383-96-8]; Also, it is a reactant used in the synthesis of O,O-Dimethyl 5-[2,2,2-trichloro-1-(β,β,β-trichloro-α-hydroxyethylthio)ethyl]thiophosphate, which is used as an acaricides and fungicides.
