:Paracetamolo
Descrizione:
Paracetamolo, noto anche come paracetamolo, è un analgesico e antipiretico ampiamente utilizzato. La sua formula chimica è C8H9NO2 e presenta un gruppo idrossilico fenolico e un gruppo funzionale ammidico, che contribuiscono alle sue proprietà terapeutiche. Paracetamolo viene tipicamente somministrato per via orale, ma può anche essere somministrato per via endovenosa o rettale. È noto per la sua capacità di alleviare il dolore da lieve a moderato e ridurre la febbre, rendendolo una scelta comune per trattare mal di testa, dolori muscolari, artrite e raffreddori. A differenza dei farmaci antinfiammatori non steroidei (FANS), Paracetamolo non possiede significative proprietà antinfiammatorie.
