Descrizione:
Acido oleico è un acido grasso monoinsaturo con la formula chimica C18H34O2. È caratterizzato da una lunga catena di idrocarburi con un singolo legame doppio cis situato al nono atomo di carbonio dall'estremità carbossilica.
