EB 47 is a polyclonal antibody that reacts with elastin. It is used for the detection of elastin in urine samples and other biological fluids, such as serum and amniotic fluid. EB 47 has been used to diagnose Dravet syndrome, a type of epilepsy caused by mutations in sodium channels. EB 47 also helps detect cancer cells and aneurysms. The antibody can be used for diagnostic purposes or to prepare samples for further analysis using sodium channel antibodies.
