Cloruro di ammonio (NH4Cl) è un composto inorganico caratterizzato dalla sua apparente cristallina bianca e alta solubilità in acqua. È un sale formato dalla reazione di ammoniaca e acido cloridrico. Cloruro di ammonio ha un sapore leggermente salato ed è igroscopico, il che significa che può assorbire umidità dall'aria.
