CAS:
Gyki 47261 dihydrochloride is a combination therapy for Alzheimer's disease that blocks the NMDA receptor and inhibits nerve agents. It is an organophosphate, which are inhibitors of amyloid precursor protein (APP) and have been shown to inhibit the production of beta-amyloid peptides in a variety of cell types. They bind to the active site of acetylcholinesterase and are competitive inhibitors with high affinity for this enzyme. This drug has also been shown to act as an antagonist at benzodiazepine receptors, which may be responsible for its effects on neurosteroids. Gyki 47261 dihydrochloride has also been shown to be a neurosteroid receptor blocker and has some effect on nerve cells.
Formula:C18H17Cl3N4Purezza:Min. 95%Peso molecolare:395.7 g/mol
