N-(Valeryl-d9) Fentanyl
CAS:Prodotto controllatoApplications N-(Valeryl-d9) Fentanyl is deuterium labeled N-Valeryl Fentanyl (V091520). N-Valeryl Fentanyl is an impurity of Furanylfentanyl (F864085), which is an opiod analgesic agent and an analog of Fentanyl (F275000). In addition, N-Valeryl Fentanyl can be used to develop fentanyl-conjugated vaccines by utilizing a protein–drug conjugate that generates an in vivo immunoantagonist, which can minimize the concentration of a specific drug at the sites of action.
Not a dangerous good if item is equal to or less than 1g/ml and there is less than 100g/ml in the package

CAS:Prodotto controllatoN-(Valeryl-d5) fentanyl is a synthetic opioid drug that has been shown to have analgesic and sedative properties. The effects of this drug are similar to those of fentanyl, but it is more potent. N-(Valinyl-d5) fentanyl has been detected in urine samples using GC-MS. The detection sensitivity for this compound is approximately 2 pg/ml. The matrix effect can be removed by linear regression analysis when the data from locomotor activity tests are used with the analytical method. N-(Valeryl-d5)fentanyl can be synthesized from the commercial chemical valeryl chloride and 5-fluoro-N-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)valeric acid (DHFV), which can be obtained from commercially available precursors such as 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid or 3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid.Formula:C24H32N2OPurezza:Min. 95%Peso molecolare:364.5 g/mol
