Descrizione:
Verde IVA 1, noto anche come C.I. Verde IVA 1, è un composto organico utilizzato principalmente come colorante nelle applicazioni tessili. Appartiene alla classe dei coloranti a bagno, caratterizzati dalla loro insolubilità in acqua e dalla capacità di essere ridotti a una forma solubile per l'applicazione. La struttura chimica di Verde IVA 1 presenta un complesso sistema aromatico, che contribuisce al suo colore vibrante e alla stabilità. Questo colorante viene tipicamente applicato a cotone e altre fibre di cellulosa, dove subisce un processo di riduzione per diventare solubile, permettendo di penetrare nelle fibre. Una volta applicato, viene ossidato di nuovo nella sua forma insolubile, risultando in una colorazione durevole e resistente al lavaggio. Verde IVA 1 è noto per la sua eccellente resistenza alla luce e resistenza a vari fattori ambientali, rendendolo adatto per l'uso in tessuti che richiedono longevità.     C.I.Vat green 1 is a reactive dye that belongs to the group of polycarboxylic acid dyes. It is used as an indicator in the titration of borohydride reduction, and can be used as a polymerization initiator for the synthesis of polymers containing ethyl groups. C.I. Vat green 1 has been found to have photocatalytic activity when exposed to ultraviolet radiation or visible light. The dye is also able to reduce fatty acids and neutralize acidic environments by reacting with hydrogen ions, and has been shown to react with polymorphonuclear leucocytes to produce free radicals, which are involved in the body's inflammatory response.
